For convenience sake, you can now access your UPHS account on Apple or Andriod device. But this is not all simple as it appears. This is because there are some complicated steps you need to follow. For instance, before you can acess your UPHS Account of a mbile device, you must first of need your Personal Computer. However, we shall be showing you some steps you need to follow on your computer.

  1. Step One
      • Use your Computer to Login to your UPHS Account as shown in the previous guides
  2. Step Two
    • After logging in on a computer, navigate to the “Start Setup” where you will
      • Select the “Mobile Phone” option, and
      • then click “Continue.”
  3. Step Three
      • You will be taken to a page where you Add your phone number, and click on the “This is the correct number” box.
      • Then Click “Continue.” to take you to the next box
  4. Step Four
      • On the next page, select the “iPhone” option and Click “Continue.”
      • Immediately after this, go to Now, get your iTunes store and download the Duo Mobile app.
  5. Step Five
      • After Downloading and Installing the App, Go back to your computer, and click on the “I have Duo Mobile Installed” link.
  6. Step Six
      • Go back to your phone and click on the “+” sign. It will immediately open your camera.
      • Use it to scan the barcode that appeared on your computer. This will create a Penn Medicine profile in the app.
  7. Step Seven
      • Go back to your Computer and select “When I log in” from the drop-down list.
      • Then “Continue to Login” link.

      • Finally, after the process above, you can go to your mobile phone and login to your account on the Duo Mobile app.

To download and use the UPHS Mobile App on an Android device, you will need to follow the steps and guides here:

  1. Step One
    1. To get started, Go to Google Play and download the Intune Company Portal App.
    2. Install and Lunch the App after downloading it
    3. Open the app, and click on the “Sign In” option.
    4. In the sign in field, enter your Penn Medicine email in the first box
    5. You will be redirected to a login page where you will provide the following details:
        • Your Uphs Username and
        • Your Uphs Password.
    6. Accept the Uphs privacy policy and terms and Click “Logon.”
  2. Step Two
    1. You will be taken to another page, where you have to tap “Begin.”
    2. On the next page, tap “Continue,” then “Continue” again, and finally “Enroll.”
    3. This will take you to a new page, where you have to tap “Activate,” then “Confirm,” and “Continue.”
  3. Step Three
    1. If you followed the guides above, it means that you have successfully configured the Penn Medicine Company Portal.
    2. The next step is to install the Outlook app that you can find in the portal.
    3. The link in the portal will take you to Google Play, where you can install the app.
    4. Accept the app’s configurations.
